I just did my holiday shopping through this app. I ordered a printer for in store pickup and it was ready the same day. The app is speedy, easy to use, and the daily deals feature is awesome.

Great app for finding out about products and if my local hhgregg has it in stock. Fast and easy to use-- plus the bar code scanner lets me compare prices when Im at other retailers. Love the 90 day price promise hhgregg offers too.

App allows me to get instantaneous access to the latest and greatest hhgregg deals. Have already seen great promos via push notifications and Im excited to use this for Christmas shopping!

I shopped to find a tv at he best price against competition and verified it was the lowest price. I purchased and it arrived in a week. Very easy to use this app and track the order! Love it!

Why waste money on a web app that mimics your mobile web. You already have the mobile web. Your app doesnt even load if there is no internet connection - no warning message that Internet is needed, just a detailed crash report, how fun. This is not a good apple app experience. I can go to your mobile web for the same experience, you need a real app.

I really like the new look to this app.

Past years we have purchased TVs and appliances from HH Greg. Today we needed a simple countertop microwave and I guess when youre not spending the big bucks nobody wants to be helpful or courteous. When we did find the microwave we wanted the clerk put it in the cart sideways did not even take the turntable out inside. Next time we do want to spend the big bucks HH Greg will not be our first thought.

I wanted to view this through the full site however Im forced to use the app on a mobile device. Who created this??? Maybe I dont want your app accessing my information. Terrible site and UX.

App refuses to go past the main hhgregg app loading screen. I let my ipod5 sit for five minutes and it did nothing. Please fix

App is just as bad as the store that suckers people in with $39 tablets that break after a week. Only thing sticking me to ever doing business with them again is because I have an account with them. Looking back I only wish I would have opened one with Best Buy. At least their app works. The app either freezes, doesnt load or what you select to do doesnt even work IN the app and leaves the app to redirect you to a page in Safari. Shouldnt even be on the App Store. Horrible!
